2) This app uses the Draw Over Other Apps permission "android. permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW": In order to make WhatsBubble work, we need 'Draw Over Other Apps' permission to draw Chat-Heads Bubbles over other apps.
Limitations: Due to limitations in Android and social massaging app API, WhatsBubble can't obtain profile pictures in all situations, and will use the contact's name's first letter as a placeholder.
